My god, it feels like forever since I've been waiting for the last the Lamian Wars Series and now that I've read this one, I'm sad it's ended ;(

I love Falcon and his Nora and his little Speranza (her name means HOPE). Also loved the twists of why Nora and Speranza were essential and special for the cure of the vampires' curse of the darkness. These two were perfect for each other in so many ways as well as each other's equals <3 They were made to be King and Queen for their people and little Speranza already so young was the hope of the people as well as already performing small miracles, like with William, who I hope gets his story and finds his mate, he deserves his happily ever after too :) read this to find out who is William and what miracle little Speranza performed on him with just her eyes and presence, just like she did with Jack who lost his mate many centuries ago). In this story we get everything, including Nora having a small but awesome surprise nearing the end for Falcon ;) (read to find out)

Charlotte was the seer of the people, and had to carry a heavy burden of always seeing the future but sometimes unable to talk about it because it had consequences. Falcon's mom gave her a lot of advice in her visions as well as Charlotte reading her journals and reading her regrets on how she failed and ultimately causing the consequences to consume her by condemning her and her mate to death and leaving her people without a seer and Falcon without his parents... but everything happens for a reason. Draco loves Charlotte immensely and hates seeing her pain and burden and tries to minimize it but Charlotte has a secret that she thinks will push Draco away from her so she pushes him away without noticing it but Draco does and will not allow it for long. There's some misunderstandings and of course miscommunication between these two but they get there ;) I loved how Charlotte was protective of her little Marco as well as Speranza :) to her Nora's family was her family <3

These couples all shared a beautiful family connection <3 and along the way, make lasting allies and loyal friends :)

I loved the glimpses we get from years in the future concerning Speranza and her mate and I hope we can get a full story on her as well as her cousin Marco, Charlotte and Draco's son, and Speranza's brother too ;)

Clayton and Emelie and her little boy, Ethan make a beautiful family <3 <3 This is the third book in this series and it keeps getting better each time :)   This story is about single mom, Emelie and one of the jokesters' of the frat house, Clayton. Their first encounter and interaction was funny as hell as well as awkward too but it was the start of pursuit of Emelie by Clayton, who is not put off by Emelie's constant rejections, yet she has her reasons...
