Barrett and his Genevieve <3

I loved this new read written by author, Alexa Riley so much! Every time she releases a new story, it keeps getting better :)

Barrett and Genevieve's chemistry was off the charts HOT, intense and passionate and I loved reading about their interactions together ;)

At first, Genevieve was determined to stay away from Barrett, firstly because she was scared of how he made her feel and secondly because of her sleazy co-worker, who shall remain nameless because I don't like him at all and trust me, the guy is a sleazy and disgusting human being who actually dated Barrett's sister when they were in high school and hurt her... Luckily, that sister, found a man who helped her heal, mentally and emotionally and now have a wonderful marriage and two beautiful children together <3 

Anyways, the second reason for Genevieve to try and stay as much as possible from Barrett was because that guy would say off-handed comments about Barrett being a player, which he was definitely not (read this and you'll see why his sisters nicknamed, "Player", and it's actually funny) and the third reason is because her identical twin, Gabi had set up these two to go on a date and Barrett had said no, so Genevieve was kind of hurt...

But she underestimated the determination of a man like Barrett, who's decided he's found the one woman for him is no competition for Genevieve's hesitance and stubbornness so it was a little battle of will between these two until the chemistry was so undeniable that Genevieve couldn't deny her feelings for Barrett anymore and gave in and, phew when they two get into the steamy scenes, even though both are virgins, they burn the sheets off the bed and the sparks fly out of the pages. I fanned myself a couple of times, I must admit that ;)

Also, loved the nickname that Barret gave his woman, his Genevieve aka his Ginny <3

Of course, there are situations and obstacles that make Barret, Genevieve's man and Gabi's man go into protective mode when danger starts coming towards their women's way in the form of Barrett's younger sister's ex (who's a psycho in my opinion and needs to be kicked in the gonads).

So there's a bit of suspense, drama and action in this story as well as romance, passion and dirty talk, which I enjoyed ;)

And after everything is okay, near the end, we get the most beautiful happily ever after not only for Barret and his Ginny but for everyone in the family as well. I loved the ending <3 <3
