Jax and his Mila <3 I've always been a huge fan of Alexa Riley and her hot, steamy, instant love short stories and the long ones too ;) and again I wasn't disappointed by reading her latest, "Pretty Girl". This was an amazing story, at least for me because it portrayed how you can have it all; the fame, the money, the people around you that act as though they're truly your friends but aren't, and at the end, you'll feel all alone and that's how Mila felt. Sometimes, you can't even count on your own family because they're the first that take advantage of you.       This was definitely the case for the young supermodel, Mila, since she was discovered when she was only 5 years old. Rhett and his AJ <3 I remember when I read "Forgiving Reed" and we met Kori and her little boy, Rhett (who's father had died, his name was Blake) and we also got to witness Reed, who may not be Rhett's biological father, but is in all the other ways that matter the most, fall in love all over again with Kori and love Rhett as he was his own son :) Well, now we get to read Rhett's story and when I found out, I was squealing and jumping up and down, pumping my hands up in the air like a lunatic... Patrick, his adorable baby girl Maeve and Carsen <3 At first, I was hesitant to read this because of what the blurb said but as the story progresses, Patrick's hard and cold demeanor towards Carsen can be explained as he has suffered a lot, like his wife, Maggie abandoning him and their baby girl, Maeve, so he's warily. He and Maggie were high school sweethearts and he thought they would last forever until one day she disappeared. So it's obvious he doesn't want to be hurt again, especially with his baby girl now with him... meaning there's a slight push and pull from Patrick until he can't stay away anymore from Carsen (neither can she) and start sleeping together, no labels and no attachments. But that doesn't work for long because both of them start developing feelings towards each other.  Carsen is afraid that she's sort of the rebound chick and that Patrick's still waiting for his wife to return to him, so she's scared becaus...

Cross and his Kallie, finally together again <3 <3  This is a second chance romance novella for Cross (Machlan Gibson's best friend) and Kallie. I always thought there was something intriguing about Cross and his ways... Now, I know what; his soulmate left him and until she returns again back to their small town, he's never truly forgotten her and when he sees her again, he's determined to stake his claim and make her his again. Kallie left Cross because of several reasons (not going to spoil it, so go read this story to find out) but there were some misunderstandings and miscommunications that caused these two to be apart. Ian and his Leo <3 Some say that opposites may attract and in this case, it happens with Leo and Ian...even if it did take many years for Ian to finally realize what was in front of him all long but at least he opened his eyes, yay! Leo has been secretly in love with Ian since she was 5 years old; I know what may be thinking, "No kid at that age even knows what love is", well she did and as years passed by, her love grew but Ian never noticed so she decided her love to be hidden. I loved Leo's characters so much! She was a strong and at the same time, vulnerable, but she always stood for her friends and who she considered her family. She was loyal, passionate in what she loved to do, which is being a mechanic and she would change that for anything in the world.   I especially loved reading her thoughts because you can see through the rough facade she puts in front of other people but inside herself, she can't hide and that includes her unrequited love ...

Lucas and his Cara <3 I enjoyed this book so much :) Cora and Lucas's chemistry was smoking HOT and I loved his possessiveness over Cara and his protectiveness over her well-being, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. He was definitely drool worthy and dream worthy alpha male that any girl would want to have <3 :) This is a story with a little bit of everything and I loved how we could feel what each character was projecting towards us, especially in the sad moments and trust me, I was crying my eyes out in the sad parts, but eventually with time, the love of her life's support and some angels from above watching over them, these two were able to overcome the sad to go their happy ending and I loved the epilogue so much!! Just going to give you a hint, it was funny as hell and had me cracking up so hard because one of Cara's children was so funny :) S. Luke and his Kylie This was a good, short story with awesome main characters and the dogs, Rosie & Kozmo were funny as hell, some of their antics made me laugh so much that I have to admit I almost peed my pants, lol :) I got to say that Luke was a hot and dreamy and complex alpha male. He seemed one thing on the outside to people but once you get to know him, just like Kylie, it's the complete opposite of what you would expect when you first start reading this short read. Some people may seem something that they are not and that's exactly the case here, with these two characters. Ever heard the saying, "Never judge a book by its cover", well that's all I'm saying. Jace and his Penny <3 OMG, this book made me cry from the very beginning, like sobbing so hard that my mom thought something had happened to me in my bedroom but after I calmed down (being real here, it took me like 15 minutes) she looked at me like I had a screw loose in my head, lol, but that's me. When I get lost in a good story, I literally include myself into the story, like I'm living through everything the characters are too and feel the emotions that it's being portrayed throughout the story. This one is going to pull your heartstrings in some scenes, literally from the beginning to the end, its a ball of emotions you're be going through but at the end, it's worth it because not only you get to see how Jace and Penny's relationship starts and progresses but you also get to see the other couples from the previous books and also everyone else who's going get their own story in the spinoff like Carrie, DJ and baby DJ ;) Jace & Penny are bo...
