I loved this new story from Elisa Leigh so much <3 It was beautiful and powerful for us women, who may have had an ex like Liam. Kinsley was such a strong woman and who do anything for her baby girl, Sadie, who was adorable :) She went through so much after the blinders fell from her eyes with her ex Liam, that when she finally escaped his clutches, she did everything to give her daughter a good yet simple but happy living and then she met, the true love of her life, her soulmate, Maverick <3 I also loved Maverick's character too, he would do anything for his girls, Kingsley and little Sadie and he did <3

I felt for Kinsley and her situation but she was a survivor and had to be strong for her baby girl. She's truly a great mother so I understood her slight hesitation at first when she met Maverick. She didn't want to get hurt again, especially now that she had a daughter to provide for and protect. Her ex, Liam, really was a piece of scum but luckily with a little help from an unexpected person in the near end, Kinsley and little Sadie are able to escape Liam's clutches once and for all, and get to be with the love of her life, Maverick, the father that little Sadie deserves and he loves as his own and also make a beautiful family of their own as well <3

The epilogue was simply beautiful and I loved every moment of reading this story :)

Their first encounter and interaction was funny as hell as well as awkward too but it was the start of pursuit of Emelie by Clayton, who is not put off by Emelie's constant rejections, yet she has her reasons...
