This is the first in the series and it was a great start with Lane, President of the Grim Sinners MC and Shaylin's (Butcher's woman) older brother and his woman, Amelia, plus Lane's little girl, Tiffany who's so adorable with her sassy self, it's already giving Lane glimpses of the future, including the shotguns he has to purchase when the boys dare come sniffing around his little princess, lol

Tiffany hasn't had an easy childhood due to her horrible mother, Marie, who hid her existence from Lane for years but that doesn't matter to Lane because when he finds out, hell will rain for those who had his little girl held for ransom (Marie gave her to the kidnappers to ransom against Lane) and he takes to fatherhood like a champ and if anyone dares to even think of harming one hair on his princess's head, they'll pay.

Lane's a man who takes cares of what's his, his family, his MC brothers and families, his little Tiffany and now Amelia, the one made for him. He knew she was the one the moment they laid eyes on each other when he went to the vet to pick up the dog that Shaylin rescued from being abused on the park, at first he was a little hesitant because he has to think about his daughter but that a little doubt didn't last very long and he was determined to make Amelia his old lady <3

Amelia hasn't had an easy life either, her parents are despicable but despite what life threw at her, she persevered against all odds, and made a career, a career she loved, being a vet and helping animals was her vocation. Bet she never expected to meet the man of her dreams, the love of her life, the man who brought her a little girl who she could see as her own. Life really has a way to gift you things when you least expect it and that's what happened to Amelia, which she could never regret :) <3

This story brings a little of everything and gives you a ride on a roller coaster with your emotions but at the end you won't regret reading it because it gives us their beautiful happily ever after and epilogues with many years seeing into their future and we even get to see Tiffany get her happily ever after, which Lane didn't like at all but still couldn't imagine a better man for his only princess than the man Tiffany chose <3

I'm dying to read the next in the series and I'm especially dying to read Wilder and Derek <3 <3
